The Graham at Trilogy® Lake Norman

The Graham at Trilogy® Lake Norman, near Charlotte, NC, is in its basic form a 2-3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with 1,707 sq. ft. of living space.

But as you’ll soon see, the Graham has some tricks up its sleeve that can greatly increase the amount of living space available to you if you wish.

At the front of the Graham you have your prototypical guest bedroom and bathroom. But where it begins to get interesting is with this den, that can also be made into a 3rd bedroom…

Continuing further into the heart of the Graham you’ll reach the open kitchen and great room area…

A feature that I love about the Graham that you don’t see on too many homes anymore is the optional sunroom, which can be seen in this photo just beyond the dining room…

And in addition to a dual sink vanity and tiled shower, there’s also a large walk-in closet…

That might be it for most walkthroughs, but we’re not finished yet with the Graham.

In the opening I alluded to the ability to increase the size of the Graham. One thing that makes the Graham unique is the option to add a 2nd floor, allowing you to add significant living space, whether you choose a loft with room for a game zone and an entertainment TV lounge, or a smaller loft and additional bedroom/bathroom suite.
