The Homes at Banyan Bay
Banyan Bay will offer nine floor plans to start with, from what the builder, Logan Homes, calls their Islands and Tropics collections.
Homes range in size from 1,900 to 2,800 square feet, and house/lot packages start in the $400,000’s.
The homes will either be brick or stucco, and the emphasis will be on resort-like outdoor living, and will be lushly landscaped with tropical indigenous plants that will thrive in the Coastal Carolina climate.
The backyards of the homes can be customized with luxurious in-ground pools, fountains, fire pits, screened
